The price indicated in the quote refers to weekly accommodation including 2 adult quotas (minimum).

Children up to 14 years old are free.

(For each additional adult add 20 euros per day for each day of stay).

The price indicated includes: accommodation complete with dishes, kitchen utensils, oilcloths and bed linen (pillowcases, sheets, blankets and duvets); electricity, water, gas, air conditioning; free access to swimming pools, solarium, playground, multipurpose sports park, gym; internal parking (1 car per apartment with the possibility, among the extras, of additional parking, subject to availability); VAT, final cleaning (mandatory), wi fi in common areas.

The following are excluded: Tourist tax (for guests over 14 years old), any extras available on our website (rental of cot, high chair, stroller, bicycles, beach and bathroom towels, tablecloths and fabric tea towel, etc.).

Our booking system requires you to confirm the quote received by paying a deposit (30% of the price of the stay within the time limit indicated in the voucher, approximately 10 days after confirmation).

In the event of cancellation, the amount paid as a deposit will be retained.

The booking can be completed via our online system which requires the indication of credit card details as a guarantee (no withdrawals will be made unless following cancellation: 30% of the amount within the 30th day prior to the arrival date, 100% on the day of arrival if not communicated in advance), or by email (the sending of the voucher must be followed, within 10 days, by the transfer of 30% of the price of the stay and the payment of the balance, upon arrival).

The Village is equipped with: internal parking, two swimming pools, solarium, baby area, fully fenced playground, gym, relaxation area, ping pong and table football, beach and pool bar, laundry equipped with washing machines and dryers for a fee, ironing board and iron.

The novelty of the 2021 season is the new Sorbizzi restaurant: in a refined and elegant setting, by the pool, where you can taste the typical dishes of the local cuisine that focuses on the quality of the products, strictly at km 0 and coming from nearby wine and food companies. Also pizzeria and customizable menus on request. À la carte menu.

The village overlooks the residential area of ​​Marina di Bibbona, so all the useful services are easily reachable on foot (50 m. restaurant, tobacconist, bar; 500 m. shopping center with butcher, small supermarket, wine shop, rotisserie also take-away ice cream shop; 700 m. supermarket, fishmonger, pharmacy, medical service in high season; in Cecina, about 8 km away, you can find large supermarkets);

The Village overlooks the beach of Marina di Bibbona, reachable through a comfortable and pleasant internal path in the pine forest. The distance of the accommodations from the beach varies from 350 to 50 meters.

The beach of Marina di Bibbona has a long stretch of fine sand that allows for pleasant walks. Depending on the currents there may be gravel on the shoreline but overall it is a very suitable beach for children.

Each apartment/villa includes 2 sun loungers, 1 umbrella and 1 beach cabin. Additional sun loungers, a director’s chair and children’s beds can be added for a fee.

The village has a poolside bar and one on the beach, where you can have breakfast, lunch, aperitifs and snacks.

Due to the great respect we have FOR ANIMALS, our policy is to welcome them in the best possible way, therefore only in specific and limited accommodations, subject to authorization subject to the verification of availability of the aforementioned accommodations, in order to guarantee the opposite needs: of those who rightly love to travel with their 4-legged friend and of those who, equally rightly, want to spend holidays in full and absolute tranquility.

Therefore, only PREVIOUSLY AUTHORIZED animals will be allowed access, and after acceptance of the regulations, without exceptions.

The Village opens on May 18th and closes on September 29th.

Our Village is built to measure for children. It is located inside a private park of over 3 hectares, completely fenced and inaccessible from the outside; with direct access to the beach. There are specially dedicated spaces such as: heated swimming pool of 40 cm. in height, baby area, playground, multipurpose sports field.

There is no real baby club service, although there are numerous areas completely dedicated to children (baby area; playground, multipurpose sports field, free ping pong and table football, swimming pool for children), during the high season (mid-June, mid-September) there is entertainment for children;

Inside the village, at the guests’ disposal, we have a Technogym gym, a multipurpose sports field, an area equipped with ping pong and table football.

On the beach it is possible to rent and take courses in Stand Up Paddle (P.a.d), surfing, wind surfing, wing foil and kite surfing.

Nearby there are tennis and paddle courts, a golf driving range and trekking and bike trails.

To access the swimming pools, they are required to pay a daily ticket (20 euros for adults and 10 euros for children up to 14 years old).
